CUSTOMER LIAISON

At Turney Wylde Construction we believe that it is imperative to have on hand a point of contact to answer residents queries throughout the regeneration of their properties.  We therefore employ our own Customer Liaison Officer Carolyn Ash to ensure that customers have peace of mind.

Customer LiaisonCarolyn is on hand to:

  • Liaise with all stakeholders - Clients, Tenants, Architects and Engineers.
  • Prepare and deliver information for tenants both verbally & in writing to ensure that everyone is aware of what is going to happen and when both prior and during renovation works.
  • Building relationships with tenants before work commences to assess any difficulties or situations which may need special assistance.
  • Carrying our initial surveys prior to works commencing.  Choosing kitchens and talking through choices with tenants.
  • Provide pre-work visits to advise tenants on how works will progress and in what manner ensuring that the tenant is aware of how to make the works simple and easy to limit any interruption to them.
  • Each tenant will be advised on arrangements regarding storage and the packing up of their goods to accommodate the on going works.
  • A video recording will be taken of each property prior to works commencing and once works are completed.
  • A daily visit will be paid to each tenant to ensure that they are aware of the progress of work as it is carried out.
  • On completion of works each tenant will be handed over the user instruction manuals to their new appliances.
  • On the completion of works each tenant is asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey, which we find valuable.  We are proud to say that our feedback is generally very good any failings that do come to light are immediately addressed and taken very seriously.
